The URA has awarded the tender for the residential site at Prince Charles crescent (Parcel B) to UOL venture Investments Pte Ltd and Kheng Leong Company (Pte) Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
