The URA has awarded the tender for the commercial site at Woodlands Square to Far East Civil Engineering (Pte) Ltd, Tannery Holdings Pte Ltd and Sekisui House Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
