Government Released 3 Residential Sites For Sale
Government has annouced on Thursday, June 26 the launch of three residential sites for sales this month under the first half o the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Two of the residential sites are located at Fernvale Road in Sengkang while the other is intended for Executive Condominium at Choa Chu Kang Drive. All three residential sites are collectively yield up to 1,700 housing units. These were launched under the confirmed list, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing and Development Board (HDB) said in a joint statement.
The tender for the two Fernvale sites will close on Aug 7, while the tender for the Choa Chu Kang site will close on Sept 4.
